Southern Pines has designed a simple all-inclusive pricing plan with no hidden charges that's not confusing. We offer on-site medication management or independent medication management and assistance with all basic daily living. We also offer total independent living with little or no assist. These are our 2 pricing tiers, residents who need assistance and those who don't. Southern Pines offers a warm and social environment with on-site security camera monitering.

Prices vary depending on the level of assistance needed and whether you need a private or semi-private room. In this economic climate, we will do our best to work with you to accommodate your family. Please give us a call to discuss your loved one's needs.
